This session of our culinary travel series will explore the art of French cuisine.
Come along with AARP Pennsylvania and HUBUB, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting people through language and food, on culinary excursions exploring flavor-building, food preparation techniques and the uses of spices and plants across cultures.
In this Food Without Borders class, we’ll embark on a culinary tour de France and focus on mastering the art of French cooking from cheese and soups to soufflés and crepes. Join skilled chefs as they demonstrate how to create elegant meals from simple ingredients.
